Isaac shoots grey smoke tears that leave a puddle of oil on the ground when landing, which slows enemies down.

If Isaac walks over an oil puddle, it will ignite it and produce a flame that can ignite and spread to other oil puddles in close proximity.

Oil puddles shrink in size when their flame deals damage to enemies, and damage per tick scales with the puddle size. The flame initially deals 22 damage, then 16.5, then 2x11, for a total of 60.5 damage.

Both the oil puddles and flames disappear after 5 seconds.

The flames cannot hurt Isaac.

Anything that can ignite regular gunpowder can ignite the oil as well.
